The ILP was started in December 2007. This project emerged after a full day spent looking at and thinking about the Social Design Network (SDN). I found out about the SDN from my subscription to GOOD Magazine which I received for my birthday last year from my sister. She’s an organic farmer in New England. I am currently an AmeriCorps member at Northwest Service Academy in Portland, OR and an aspiring social entrepreneur.
